🧑‍💻  Steps to reproduce

1. Start a local tuf server and generate packages to use fleetd 1.49
2. Install santa and push profiles using instructions from the test plan here: Add Santa tables to fleetd #31010
3. Run a query for Santa status
4. On a host machine run santactl status --json
5. Compare results for static_rule_count, teamid_rules, binary_rules
