Take the title from the head of the document and copy it to the top of the table of contents.

Dear @ayys , could you consider making the title "linkable", bringing the user to the top of the page, when clicked on it. See https://bootstrap-datepicker.readthedocs.io/en/latest/methods.html for example (though, there, it is a multi-page doc, but the idea is the same). |
when the title on table-of-contents is clicked, user is brought to the top of the page.
