Separate a "Resources" page from the main page #82
Description
The home page rgbds.gbdev.io has a list of resources, some by third parties:
But in a typical desktop window, it may not be obvious that the list exists to scroll down to:
A Discord poll found that roughly half of its (small) sample thought the resources list wasn't clear (considering beware and myself do but didn't answer the poll).
I'm thinking of how to split this off into its own page, especially if we want to add more third-party resource links.
