Toolbox only seems to be scanning on the first SNMP Creds assigned to a subnet #1021

Hi @delboy1966 it means the device still answer for the first SNMPv2 credentials so glpi-agent will use it. This can happen if the device is setup to still answer for that credentials. Maybe you can try to order differently credentials in the IP range. If this is not sufficient, you'll have to create other IP range with only the expected Credentials for the concerned IP. |

Yes I think I will have to create duplicate IP Ranges, each with only one SNMP Cred assigned to them. I just did a test on a set of 25 IP address, where I know I have 8 devices on public SNMP community string, and another 10 on a different SNMP community string. And it only scanned the first SNMP Creds in the list assigned to the IP Range. Thanks for the prompt reply. |

We have a number of IP Ranges and each one has different devices on them, each device type has different SNMP Credentials.
We have devices on SNMP V2 with 2 different community strings, and some have SNMP V3.
I created the 3 different credentials, added the IP Ranges and assigned the 3 different SNMP Credentials to those IP Ranges.
When the task runs only seems to be trying the first SNMP V2 credentials in the list for that IP Range. It never tries the second SNMP V2 Credentials, and I know there are devices using those 2 different SNMP V2 Credentials.
I have looked at the debug output for the IP Ranges in the toolbox GUI, and it only ever says
The debug never mentions the other 2 SNMP Credentials assigned to the IP Range.
I'm I doing something wrong?
Do I need to setup another 2 IP Ranges with just one set of credentials assigned to it, and add those to the task>
GLPI Agent 1.13-1
TIA
