a/Above command is missing network, subnetwork parameters

2/ Node creation fails with following errors: [CONDITION_NOT_MET]: Instance 'gke-fancy-cluster-default-pool-5c2e367b-clkx' creation failed: Constraint constraints/compute.vmExternalIpAccess violated for project 249156268106. Add instance projects/guru-test1-463309/zones/us-central1-f/instances/gke-fancy-cluster-default-pool-5c2e367b-clkx to the constraint to use external IP with it
