Windows: failing to delete the temporary directory #4364
Description
When running k6 on Windows, at the end of the test we often see the following issue:
cleaning up the user data directory: remove C:\Users\RUNNER~1\AppData\Local\Temp\xk6-browser-data-1480149473\Default\chrome_debug.log: The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.
This is easily reproducible with any of the example tests, and we've also witnessed them occurring in the CI pipeline.
