Make them reflect existing files. Followup to 80bc0e7 that moved get_host_name from network-functions to host-functions.
Followup to 2b3dffd that renamed security_notus from security_lsc.
... by adding a reference to security_notus.
... by moving the reference to open_sock_kdc that was moved in 6c4bfc3.
... by moving the reference to safe_checks that was moved in 8f83bb1.
... by adding references to notus_error and notus functions added in 2b3dffd.
... by adding reference to update_table_driven_lsc_data added in b80cd72.
Simplify the section.
Terminate them with period.

Repair indices in doc/manual/nasl/built-in-functions, fix typos and simplify a paragraph.
Why:
Without this references to files are left in directories they have been moved from, missing in directories they have been moved to and one index was missing entirely.
