Support markdown in DocTour #1864

Describe the problem to be solved
Currently, multi-line instructions are pretty hard to read in the grist-tour. My use-case was to write something like best practices, so I needed 3 bullet points. Since the grist tour body is meant to be a single paragraph, I can't do it.
Describe the solution you would like
If the type is set to markdown for the content field, convert it to markdown before viewing it in the tour popup.
