Binding opening a picker and searching something to a config keybind?

I find myself repeatedly searching for only the errors in the file-wide diagnostics picker i.e. "%se E".

I know I can open the most recent picker with "space '" but it doesn't update the errors in the picker even if I already fixed one. I want to quickly go through errors one by one and fix them.
