+Update (september 2025) : Thanks to the work of Loai (thesis PEPR Agroeconum 2025-2028) and our imaging partners, the development version of the plugin is being stepped up to process time series of plants with multiple adventices roots. A publication is in prep., and the V2 of the plugin as well. The next step will be an extension to broader acquisition systems. Stay tuned!
