Provide `NFData` instances for publicly exported types

For most publicly exported types (I haven't checked if we can do it or all types), we can provide NFData instances. fs-api, and therefore fs-sim, depend on deepseq already, so it makes sense to add the instances! This mean we can get rid of a lot of orphan instances are that are defined in downstream packages like ouroboros-consensus and lsm-tree
