action-janet-test: A GitHub Action to test Janet projects

I've published version 1 of action-janet-test, a GitHub Action for testing Janet projects in GitHub Workflows.

In just one line, this GitHub Action:

• Downloads a Janet binary
• Sets up JPM
• Installs dependencies using JPM
• Runs tests using JPM

I've created an example Janet project so you can see what it looks like to use in a GitHub Workflow.

In version 3, I've added the ability to specify a command that will be run using jpm run after jpm deps but before jpm test.

For example, if you're using this method to separate your development dependencies from your runtime dependencies, you can use this to run the dev-deps task before jpm test.
