Resource Template as a separate resource #158
Description
To avoid ver large Glue/Glue Operator, resource templates could be a separate resources, in other words wrapped in an other resource and that resource is just referenced from Glue / Glue Operator.
For wrapper we could use ConfigMap, Secreta and/or a custom resource.
