Fetching feed times out

I'm posting this here because i'm not really sure it counts as a bug.
The feed http://codeberg.org/librewolf/source.rss takes a few seconds to respond (you can check this with curl), but it always does successfully, however capy reader times out making it impossible to add or view the feed. Maybe there should be a setting to tweak the request timeout

Hey @ka-xa-ta, thanks for the link. I'm seeing about the same - a response in about 20 seconds. For context, Capy uses a timeout of 10 seconds. I'd prefer not to make it an option just because it's a relatively low-level concept. That said, I'll bump the timeout to 30 seconds for the next release.
