[Docs] Missing Documentation for Academy Theme Customization

• Documentation is needed to inform users where to request academy theme enhancements.
• The documentation should also guide academy administrators on where to safely make theme customizations without the risk of an upgrade overwriting their changes.
• An FAQ section for academy theme-related requests will be created.
• “Do we have docs that point users to academy-theme as the place to request enhancements for new archetypes, layouts, and to adopt new shortcodes, and so on? ”

I saw that your PR #783 addressed part of the problem here. Could you also take on this issue? Could you check and include these in your PR as well?

Here I only direct users to the academy-theme repo for submitting requests. Do we also need a detailed contributor’s guide that outlines what types of requests belong there, how to propose new archetypes, layouts, or shortcodes, and possibly performance optimizations (e.g., lazy loading, bundling), with examples?
