Use a different account for the push to LRZ

Currently using a PAT from my LRZ account, but this is not a good long-term solution.

Could use a different account with a PAT that only has access to the website repo in LRZ GitLab.

We can do this together at our next meeting--just including notes below for what I think will work:

1. Generate a new SSH private/public key pair.
2. The private key will be added to this repos Actions secrets--you can just overwrite the SSH_* key already there.
3. The public key can be added as a deploy key in the GitLab mirror repo. Deploy keys can be found Settings -> Repository -> Deploy Keys (when in the repo already)

Ok, I just tested this and can confirm it works. (I had previously set up the SSH to just have general account access on my LRZ GitLab account, but have removed that because bad security)

Using a deploy key means that access is restricted to just the one repo FYI
