Make link text on child pages editable.

you can't over write the text that appears on a sub landing page as child. There is a field called 'Link text' but adding alternative text does not stop the page pulling in the page title by default.

The Link text field is only relevant when linking to external sites.

Is this an issue?

Added patch we developed for Milton Keynes City Council to do this in PR #242

Possible worth at least highlighting if we where to go ahead, or make it expicit option to use the link text.

I think the child pages and how they are linked is something we have wanted to revisit for a while (@willguv)? As there are quite a few oddities and it's not quite intuitive as is.

Making it optional sounds like a more flexible approach.

So I'd make this optional in the field widget, and we should possible update the default config too, which is to allow site builders to set whether they would like the link title or node title, something like a single checkbox which is "Use link title instead of content title for internal pages'
