unable to get codelldb even though is_installed reports it is installed.

Every few times that I open NeoVim, I get the error message: ...l/share/nvim/lazy/mason.nvim/lua/mason-registry/init.lua:32: Cannot find package "codelldb". while I try to load neotest; codelldb is installed (via mason).

We were able to reproduce this down to a few lines:

if has_mason and mason_registry.is_installed('codelldb') then
  local codelldb_package = mason_registry.get_package('codelldb')
end

It's really the call to get_package that throws the error even though is_installed returns true that it is installed.

I think this is related to #1645 but I'm not sure yet.
