I’m trying to set up incremental refresh for the CostSummary.storage Power BI report. Despite having the required parameters filled in, I’m unable to activate it. According to Microsoft's documentation https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/connect-data/incremental-refresh-overview a custom filter needs to be applied to the RangeStart and RangeEnd parameters on the date/rows, but I don’t see this type of row in the template (only Date/Time/Timezone types are available, and I can’t assign a parameter there).
