Hi team,
currently the mistralai_azure library seems to support only the Chat Completion API. However, other APIs available through Azure Mistral, such as OCR or future model endpoints, are not implemented or exposed in the SDK.

Would be great to see broader coverage of the Azure Mistral offering, including OCR and other capabilities, either as part of this library or through extensible support for new endpoints.

Is this planned or currently in development? Happy to help test or contribute if needed.

That would actually be a minor change. All that has to be done is adding a path variable to the ocr.process and ocr.process_async methods and passing it down to the _build_request* methods (instead of hardcoding /v1/ocr there.

For me, what worked is to pass the endpoint to the ocr.process through the server_url parameter as provided by Azure, without the ocr ending:

server_url="https://<aif-deploy-name>.services.ai.azure.com/providers/mistral/azure"

MistralAzure client's azure_endpoint acts as a dummy
