Code changes not reflected

I'm using docker and if I change the code insde my newly created module, I don't see te change in the response from a module's endpoint. The only way the change is reflected is wether I restart the container or if I run composer dump-autoload from within the container.

Any insight about this?

Adding context here.
Routes and config are not cached.
In order to make the changes apply, I need to remove any file in/bootstrap/cache. In my case I have one file per module plus packages.php and services.php.
On next request whatever file I deleted is re generated and the changes apply.

Most annoying.

hmm it shoudn't matter that you're in docker, I use modules at work in docker and not noticed this. Having said that its still running v11 I'll have to try v12 with docker.

I'll open this as an issue to be looked at.

I don't think it matters to be in docker. Running v10 here.
