Kubernetes CRDs for Accounts, Databases etc

Would be cool if one could create Accounts, Databases (multi tenant) things with CRDs? Is this possible already for a single cluster? Is there any way to do this?

I saw there is an outdated NATS operator, but it says its deprecated and should not be used anymore. The helm charts for the normal nats deployment just deploy a helm chart, but no CRDs afaik?
