Claude Code Sandbox compatibility

Have been giving the Claude Code Sandbox mode (Blog post) a run.

The Daemon fails to run now, Claude Eventually figures it out and then runs with NX_DAEMON=false and it works. Looks simply like the local socket calls get blocked. Added this as a feature because it feels more like a 'add support' thing rather than a bug.

Nx Daemon was not able to compute the project graph.
