@vaneck237 thanks for addressing the issues, unfortunately I wasn't able to remove my recommendation before your changes, Patrick advised to keep the user agent the same. I will edit this PR to revert that part, otherwise looks good.
Use mobile_app as user agent as per recommendation

when user fetch family from web to mobile app, the app don't fetch policies of that family
I adjusted the process to also fetch the family policies
