Run MicroPython on bare-metal ARM Cortex M7

Hi

I want to run MicroPython on a baremetal ARM Cortex M7 cpu (custom designed for specific use)
I have connected to my device via a ULINK PRO D.
The design says I have 256kB of ITCM and 256kB of DTCM.
By reviewing MicroPython website it seems that it would be enough.
Any suggestions that how and where to start porting MicroPython?

We are currently building this version: MicroPython/ports/bare-arm
I make the file in Linux and flash the ELF file to the memory using ARM Development Studio.

I just wanted to know how and what is the next stage?
Consider that I have a bare-metal CPU, ARM Cortex M7, in a board that has a UART.

@Mehran47 You probably should create a new directory for your port. Then implementing a REPL over the UART (basics are noted in that link). And then you start implementing all the port-specific modules. Follow the code for existing ports as an example. stm32 and esp32 are quite well-developed.

As a template for my SAMD adaption I used the RP2 port. That one is the newest with the cleanest structure. It supports a single architecture only, so one does not get confused by too many variants. For direct access to peripherals you. May look into bare metal ports like STM32, or look into the rp2 library, depending on how much pripherals like UART have in common with your MCU.
