Delete Document by Specific Locale

Description

When deleting a document, the only option currently is to delete all associated locales - this feature will enable deletion of individual locales, while leaving additional locales untouched.

A potential approach is a “soft delete” that restores the language version to an initial empty state, allowing later restoration. If the deleted locale is the only one remaining, the entire document will be permanently deleted.

Details

• Add ability to delete specific locale versions without affecting others.
• Implement soft delete behavior to allow restoration of deleted locales.
• Permanently delete document if no locales remain.
