Required Fields Per Locale

Description

Allow fields to be required only in specified locales and optional in others.

Potential config:

{
    name: "someField",
    type: "text",
    localized: {
        required: ["en", "de"], // required only in 'en' and 'de', optional in other locales
    }
}

Details

• Fields should be able to be defined as required based on which locale they are editing
• Non-required locales should successfully fallback to the defined fallback locale(s)
