Feature Request: Expose/Pass Through cache Option in Drizzle-based PostgreSQL Adapter

Summary

It would be awesome if the @payloadcms/db-postgres adapter could expose Drizzle’s cache option so that we can configure it directly via Payload 🙏

Motivation

• Drizzle already provides a handy cache feature, but right now it’s not configurable through the adapter 😢
• Being able to use it would help a lot with performance optimization and stability under high-QPS workloads ⚡
• It would also keep things consistent — ideally all major Drizzle options should be pass-through for flexibility.
