Using "non-standard" Nucleotide Codes for Reference Sequence

I want to use CRISPResso2 for mutational analysis of NGS data of a random DNA/RNA library. Does the reference sequence and alignment process accept nucleotide codes such as N (any bases) and B (C or G or T)?

Thank you for your interest in CRISPResso2! The reference sequence accepts A, C, G, T, and N (does not accept B or other IUPAC codes).
