Ctrl and Alt keys are reversed

For all shortcuts, Ctrl and Alt are reversed. For instance, Ctrl-Enter does nothing, but Alt-Enter will execute current line in console.

Regular ctrl shortcuts such as Ctrl-C and Ctrl-V work as usual. So do VS Code menu command Ctrl-P and Ctrl-Shift-P.

Looking at the keybinds in Positron, everything seems in order. I tried re-binding by pressing Ctrl-Enter myself but the result is the same.

The keyboard shortcut Alt-Enter is in fact bound to a command that executes the current line in the console (but does not advance):

I am guessing you are on Windows, since you are talking about using Ctrl-C? Is that correct? Is it just Ctrl-Enter that doesn't work, or is there another example?
