pdf() function cannot be used in R environment by pisitron?

When i use pdf() function in R environment, always ocrruct this error :
Warning message:
In pdf(file = "plot.pdf") : failed to load encoding file 'WinAnsi.enc'
Error in pdf():
! failed to load default encoding

I believe this is the same as #9286. Want to take a look to see if you agree and add a 👍 to that issue if so?
