Follow-up work from #9321

Need to fill out the blank spaces in the bidViewability.js and dfpAdServerVideo.js modules to properly handle GPP data in a query string format. These areas were still unknown about how the data should named/formatted (especially the sections array), so it was decided in the 12/21/22 PMC meeting to leave them for now, until more information was made available by consumers of these modules.
