Detect channel inactivity as of 45 days #203
Description
As sirbot, I should be able to detect if a channel has been inactive for 45days.
Inactive means:
- No conversation beyond a single user within a single 24 hour period. E.g. if a single user messages once a day, that shouldn't count as activity.
