Sweet, I think I can get a PR for this!

I will try to split the PR into two parts

1. Add deleteQualityProfile(id: string): Promise<void> to all the clients
2. Implement feature toggle delete_unmanaged_quality_profiles with sub options enable and ignore and corresponding changes in https://github.com/raydak-labs/configarr/blob/main/src/quality-profiles.ts#L512
