Hello! I understand that alphabetization is based on the content of a header. The alphabetization of the Table of Contents is not working as anticipated. For example: there is a header, which is also an acronym (e.g., DOLM). This header is appearing before the header 'Department of XXX'. However, "De" precedes "DO" and thus should appear first in the Table of Contents. Alphabetization is based on the letters within the acronym rather than the words they represent.
