Problem:

1. For a newly created file or deleted file, filename will be /dev/null instead of a/file or b/file. It doesn't get highlighted properly.

2. Bullet points starting with - in commit message are treated as deleted lines.

3. When margin is set to 0, normal Lua comments will be treated as deleted lines.
