Switch back to JSON?

@quinnj has released version 1 of JSON where he aims to bring together the old JSON and JSON3.
After a short glimpse and test I think that was quite successful. I am currently trying to migrate GenieFramework to that version and it seems feasible.

Should we do the same for Plotly?

We should at least bump the compat of JSON in order to be compatible with the latest v1

Just had a look. We moved to JSON already and support JSON3 only via extension. So I guess, all we need to do is bump the compat of JSON and test.

EDIT: with minor adaptations of one test (JSON seems no longer to export json) all tests pass

UPDATE: I pushed the changes to the main branch and tests all pass

The update of PlotlyJS is more complicated. It also needs WebIO and AssetRegistry to bump their compats. For the latter I have brushed up an old PR JuliaGizmos/AssetRegistry.jl#14 but for WebIO there is more than just bumping the compat. JSON's old show_json() needs to be replaced.
