bioconda release requires numpy<2

Describe the bug
It seems the bioconda recipe specifies numpy<2 (https://github.com/bioconda/bioconda-recipes/blob/master/recipes/snakemake-executor-plugin-slurm/meta.yaml#L31), but as far as I can see (based on the pyproject.toml in this repo), this does not seem to be a necessary requirement. Can the pin in the recipe file be removed/updated, or is the pin in fact needed? Thanks!

no, the pin does not seem necessary. Could be fixed for the next release, IMO. @johanneskoester ?

edit: the pin is not in this repo. So, I will have a look later at bioconda, specifically.
