Description

This PR brings the code from https://github.com/splunk/addonfactory-ucc-generator-action/tree/main and aims to deprecate this repository in favor of supporting less.

It could be simplified even further when ucc-gen build command is able to build UI in itself.

Merging this PR means we are going to deprecate splunk/[email protected]? I think we should also make a note in that repo that it is now being deprecated with new release of reusable workflow
