Investigate bot that finds inactive channels #19
Description
As a means of keeping Tech256 tidy, it is nice to routinely look for and archive inactive channels. However, this is highly manual at the present time. It might be nice to provision a bot capable of such. It just so happens that https://www.npmjs.com/package/r2d2-bot exists and might be just the right thing.
TODO
- figure out how long to allow inactivity before poking channel. suggestion: 1 month
- should it mention a/ll mods? if not all, i volunteer for pokage
- any concerns?
