I've been wondering if we really need this today. The storage benchmark script was highly relevant in the Pulp 2 days. These days I think it suffices to recommend putting storage (at least for PostgreSQL) on SSD/NVME. We already do that in the concept so I'd prefer to drop this.

Speaking of the concept, let's drop the 80-80 megabytes per second there too and simply say that SSDs are strongly recommended.
