Refactor Request

As a product to be used in a production environment, HoloInsight needs to provide metering capabilities. We need to know how much the user is accessing the resource through the frontend page or api.

Description of the proposed solution

HoloInsight provides measure capabilities, recording action type, resource type, and affected resource size for each invocation of api.
