Target API Android 12?

Hello. I am trying to compile app that use Android 12 class types. I got error message while compile - cannot file symbol: class SomeOfAndroid12Class (in my case TelephonyCallback). Also I tried compile CodeAssist with SDK 32 android.jar that was taked from Android Studio. I just replace android.jar file. Nothing.
Any suggestions?
