Using uBlock Origin on Firefox

Even if I check ALL the filter lists available on uBlock Origin there are some elements on some websites that I wish were hidden.
Example 1: eBay "Sponsored", "Customers also bought", "Similar items from eBay Stores", "You may also like", "Explore related sponsored items", "Frequently bought together" - Example

Same for Amazon and AliExpress and even forums or news sites where you have many bloated sections on the website that are not related to to the product/article/post, like "Share" or "Print" buttons.

Is there no filter list available anywhere on GitHub or other places which block those bloated elements?
