Setting theme to "Dark" causes page to disappear when using element picker

I've found that setting the Appearance > Theme setting to the "Dark" causes a page to go blank when the element picker is being used. Using "Auto" or "Light" does not appear to cause this issue.
I have Ublock 1.64.0 on Librewolf 139.0.1-1

I can't find an existing issue for this issue. Should I go ahead and make a new issue for this? What kind of debugging information should I include with it?
