I often open the System Update app and then switch to another app while it completes in the background. However, when it finishes it just silently closes the window. When I go back to look at it I can never tell if it completed successfully and if there's been an ostree update I need to restart for. It'd be helpful to have a notification, at least when I trigger an update manually through the desktop shortcut, to tell me when the update finished and whether I need to restart.

And yes, I know I can use rpm-ostree status to see. This is just a QoL thing.
