Getting an empty response from the agent, why's that?

Hey folks,
Many times are sending a couple of messages (~5) my agent is just getting "stuck" and returns nothing in response to my message.
It is finishing without error, but still does not return anything or invoke any tools
Sometimes it is saying that it's about to invoke a tool, but just finishes without doing so.

Anyone faced the same issue and succeed fixing it?
