Empty reasoning with no reasoning-delta chunks between reasoning-start and reasoning-end.

We are using openai gpt-5 model, and even if the AI doesn't reason, it always returns reasoning-start and reasoning-end chunks with no reasoning-delta in between. How can this be fixed/handled?
