Build fail - pnpn build failing for examples/nuxt-openai #9089

- clone the repo
- run pnpm install
- run pnpm build - fails with split error
- the build for nuxt-openai is failing

possible solution:
- upgraded the nuxt version from 3.14.159 to 4.1.2 and added the dependency of "@rollup/plugin-inject"
then it builds successfully
