Rename API

Side discussion at the F2F in Paris suggested that adding superlatives might not serve a useful purpose. Maybe we can make this a simpler name: "Attribution API".

We still need to rename the repository and update its metadata and readme.

How about not including the colon in "Attribution: Level 1" and instead writing "Attribution Level 1"? I feel that used in a sentence it's a little odd to have a colon after just a single word.

#215 does that much. @apasel422, I've asked @tjwhalen to do that.

FYI, my understanding (which I checked with the Chairs, Sean confirmed) is that the WG has not yet agreed on the API name change and an official consensus call is needed for this. I can make any necessary changes after this happens.

Please note that the results of the CfC is support the name change. @tjwhalen can you get the process rolling to change the repo's name.

I think that the only thing we're blocked on here is the publication pipeline, for which @tjwhalen is the only person who has the necessary privileges to fix.
